“เรด้าบอก” (Radarbok) เป็นแอปพลิเคชันเพื่อความปลอดภัยบนท้องถนน ที่แจ้งเตือนจุดเสี่ยงล่วงหน้าและช่วยดูแลผู้ขับขี่ตลอดการเดินทาง นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บ ใช้ และแบ่งปันข้อมูลอะไรบ้าง แอปใช้งานได้ทันทีโดยไม่ต้องสมัครสมาชิกหรือเข้าสู่ระบบ — ข้อมูลของคุณผูกกับอุปกรณ์แบบไม่ระบุตัวตน

การเข้าถึงตำแหน่งเบื้องหลัง (Background Location): เรด้าบอกเก็บข้อมูลตำแหน่ง แม้ขณะปิดหน้าจอหรือไม่ได้เปิดแอป เพื่อแจ้งเตือนกล้อง/จุดเสี่ยงข้างหน้าให้ทันเวลาขณะขับขี่ (โหมด “ขับปลอดภัย”). เราไม่ติดตามหรือขายตำแหน่งของคุณ และคุณปิดโหมดนี้ได้ทุกเมื่อในแอป

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

เราไม่เก็บ ชื่อ-นามสกุล เบอร์โทร อีเมล หรือข้อมูลบัญชี (เพราะไม่มีระบบสมาชิก)

2. สิทธิ์ที่แอปขอ

ตำแหน่ง (รวมเบื้องหลัง) — เพื่อแจ้งเตือนจุดเสี่ยงข้างหน้า แม้ปิดจอ
การแจ้งเตือน — เพื่อเด้งเตือนบนหน้าจอ
ไมโครโฟน — เฉพาะเมื่อคุณกดพูดกับ Road AI (สั่งงานด้วยเสียง)
แสดงบนแอปอื่น / อินเทอร์เน็ต / สั่นเตือน — เพื่อการแจ้งเตือนและเชื่อมต่อบริการ

3. การแบ่งปันกับผู้ให้บริการภายนอก

เราใช้ผู้ให้บริการภายนอกเท่าที่จำเป็นในการทำงาน และไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ

Supabase — ฐานข้อมูลและพื้นที่จัดเก็บ (เก็บจุดที่แจ้ง/แต้ม/การ์ด)
Anthropic (Claude) — ประมวลผลข้อความที่คุณคุยกับ Road AI เพื่อเข้าใจเจตนา (ผ่านเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของเรา คีย์ไม่อยู่ในแอป)
OpenAI — สร้างภาพศิลป์ของการ์ดสะสม (ส่งเฉพาะชื่อสถานที่/ธีม ไม่ส่งข้อมูลส่วนตัว)
Google (Maps / Places / Directions) — แผนที่ ค้นหาสถานที่ และนำทาง
OpenStreetMap (Overpass / Nominatim) — ข้อมูลสถานที่/จุดพัก/ปากทางเข้า

4. การเก็บรักษาและความปลอดภัย

ข้อมูลจุดที่แจ้งและแต้มจะถูกเก็บไว้เพื่อให้บริการต่อเนื่อง; รายงานชั่วคราว (เช่น ฝนตก/อุบัติเหตุ) จะหมดอายุอัตโนมัติ เราใช้การเชื่อมต่อที่เข้ารหัส (HTTPS) และมาตรการตามสมควรในการปกป้องข้อมูล

5. สิทธิของคุณ (ตาม พ.ร.บ. คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล / PDPA)

คุณมีสิทธิ์ขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือลบข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอุปกรณ์ของคุณ โปรดติดต่อเราทางอีเมลด้านล่าง (โปรดแจ้งรหัสอุปกรณ์ที่ดูได้ในหน้าโปรไฟล์ของแอป) การถอนการติดตั้งแอปจะหยุดการเก็บข้อมูลใหม่ทั้งหมด

6. เด็กและเยาวชน

แอปนี้มีไว้สำหรับผู้ขับขี่ ไม่ได้มุ่งเป้าไปที่เด็กอายุต่ำกว่า 13 ปี และเราไม่จงใจเก็บข้อมูลจากเด็ก

7. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย

เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว โดยจะระบุวันที่ปรับปรุงล่าสุดไว้ด้านบน

“Radarbok” (เรด้าบอก) is a road-safety app that warns drivers of hazards ahead and assists them throughout the journey. This policy explains what we collect, use, and share. The app works immediately with no account or sign-in — your data is tied to your device anonymously.

Background location: Radarbok collects location data even when the app is closed or not in use, in order to warn you of speed cameras / hazards ahead in time while you drive (“Safe Driving” mode). We do not track or sell your location, and you can turn this mode off anytime in the app.

1. Data we collect

2. Permissions the app requests

Location (incl. background) — to warn of hazards ahead, even with the screen off
Notifications — to show on-screen alerts
Microphone — only when you tap to speak to Road AI (voice commands)
Display over other apps / Internet / Vibrate — for alerts and connecting to services

3. Sharing with third-party services

We use third-party providers only as needed to operate the app, and we do not sell your personal data.

Supabase — database & storage (reported points / points / cards)
Anthropic (Claude) — processes your Road AI messages to understand intent (via our server; the key is never in the app)
OpenAI — generates collectible-card artwork (only a place name/theme is sent, no personal data)
Google (Maps / Places / Directions) — maps, place search, and navigation
OpenStreetMap (Overpass / Nominatim) — place / rest-stop / entrance data

4. Retention & security

Reported points and your points are retained to keep the service working; temporary reports (e.g. rain / accident) expire automatically. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reasonable measures to protect data.

5. Your rights (Thailand PDPA)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data associated with your device by emailing us below (please include the device ID shown on the app's profile screen). Uninstalling the app stops all new data collection.

6. Children

This app is for drivers, is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above will reflect changes.
