Terms of Use

These Terms are an agreement between you (the “User”) and “Radarbok” (เรด้าบอก). By downloading, accessing, or using the app you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the app. The app is free to use with no account or sign-in.

1. Our service

Radarbok is a road-safety app providing hazard/camera alerts ahead, navigation, the Road AI assistant, community features, and Journey Cards. It works tied to your device anonymously and requires GPS and internet. We may add, change, or remove features as appropriate.

2. Driver safety & responsibility

• You must comply with all traffic and applicable laws at all times.
• Alerts are informational aids with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness — real signs and officials always take precedence.
• Do not use the app in a way that distracts you or is dangerous while driving; set it up before you depart or let a passenger operate it.
• Radarbok is not responsible for accidents, fines, legal action, or any damages arising from your driving or use of the app.

3. User-submitted & generated content

When you report cameras/hazards/rest stops, reviews, or other data, you represent that it is accurate to the best of your good-faith knowledge, and you grant Radarbok a license to store, display, and share that data with other users for the community's benefit. You must not submit knowingly false, unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend violating usage.

4. Limits of community & AI data

Point data is crowdsourced and AI-processed, so it may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Road AI answers are general assistance, not guaranteed advice. Always apply your own judgment.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• submit false reports, game points, or use bots/automation to scrape data;
• reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt unauthorized access to systems/data;
• use the app for unlawful purposes, harassment, or to endanger others;
• use the service commercially without our written permission.

6. Points, tiers & collectible cards

Safety Points, tiers, and Journey Cards are part of an in-app system for fun and to encourage safe driving. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred for money. We may adjust, reset, or revoke them to prevent fraud or abuse.

7. Intellectual property

The app, the name “Radarbok / เรด้าบอก”, the logo, the interface, and Journey Cards artwork are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a non-exclusive, personal, non-commercial license to use the app only.

8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without any warranty. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental damages, injury, fines, data loss, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app. You use the app at your own risk.

9. Changes & termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (in whole or part) and may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above will reflect changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
